beastiality or bestiality?
The fact that both bibles (actually there’s about a jillion of em, but i
was raised Roman Catholic, have pity on my poor tortured soul
utilize the phrase “the beast” to refer to “the big nasty guy”, and no
i’m not talking about the priest who sexually exploits altar boys. Had a
priest like that at my home church, the old bastard.
I should restart: The ‘good books’ use “the beast” to describe somehting
evil, and so by engraining the pronunciation “BEASTy-ality” in people’s
minds (and i use that term loosely for your average churchgoing human)
they think of us as being some kind of evil thing. People with -no clue-
about what we do think it’s some kind of primal evil; Fat lot they know.
Stories exist of black-masses incorporating “BEASTy-ality” in their
ceremonies, evidently ripe with religious metaphor. Be that true or not
it sure has a great impact on your average joe. It surely would colour
their impression of us.
