Rape

A woman has the right to have been completely satisfied sexually in the
process of being raped, but the rapist is still guilty of a serious
crime!!! I do not know why women, at this late date, are still dancing
around that issue. Admittedly it is a strange circumstance, but the crime
is closer to kidnapping and extreme breach of privacy, and in these days of
HIV, possibly attempted manslaughter, attempted murder, or reckless
endangerment. It wouldn’t matter if the perp had kidnapped her and kept her
in a suite at the most posh hotel in town with room service and only had
guards to keep her from leaving. It wouldn’t matter if she used up $1000
worth of room service a day. It would still be kidnap, and subject to the
death penalty!
